ProSci Incorporated specializes in the production of affinity-purified peptide-specific polyclonal antibodies to novel antigens in fields such as HIV. To date, ProSci has an antibody catalog of over 30,000 primary antibodies. Many of the polyclonal research antibodies offered by ProSci are affinity-purified, which allows for the isolation of antibodies specific to the epitope of interest. As a result, ProSci's antibodies have the same specificity as monoclonal antibodies. In addition, ProSci offers a complete assortment of reagents for immunochemical assays, including cell line lysates, tissue lysates and peptides as controls for these antibodies.

For immunofluorescence start at 10 µg/mL.; Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. |
