Enzymatic Digest of Casein, Acid Hydrolyzed Casein, and Soy Peptone provide nitrogen, vitamins, and minerals to stimulate growth. Sodium Chloride maintains the osmotic balance of the medium. Dipotassium Phosphate is the buffering agent. Dextrose is the carbon energy source.
