The FreezerCell can be used with a variety of cells for cryo preservation. This easy to use unit doesn't require any alcohol or pre-cooling liquids. To keep your samples cold, all you need to do is place the unit in an ultra-low freezer and the cooling with begin at -1C per minute. With the alloy core and foam design, the FreezerCell will give consistent heat removal for your cells!

Directions: Put your samples in the FreezeCell container with lid on. Place the container in a -80C freezer for at least 3 hours. Do not open the lid during the cooling process. Once the cooling process is finished, the samples can be removed and transferred into liquid nitrogen for long term storage. For reuse, simply remove the alloy core and let it sit in room temperature for 5 minutes.
