These sealing mats provide a secure, leak-free seal during the PCR cycling process. Manufactured from a non-reactive polymer, this system may be sterilized in an autoclave or cleansed by immersion in a 10% bleach solution for 2 minutes and rinsed by distilled water. They may be cut to fit 24-, 32-, 48-well plates, etc.
