ProSci Incorporated specializes in the production of affinity-purified peptide-specific polyclonal antibodies to novel antigens in fields such as HIV. To date, ProSci has an antibody catalog of over 30,000 primary antibodies. Many of the polyclonal research antibodies offered by ProSci are affinity-purified, which allows for the isolation of antibodies specific to the epitope of interest. As a result, ProSci's antibodies have the same specificity as monoclonal antibodies. In addition, ProSci offers a complete assortment of reagents for immunochemical assays, including cell line lysates, tissue lysates and peptides as controls for these antibodies.

Despite its predicted molecular weight, Grik4 often migrates at a lower molecular weight in SDS-PAGE. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 2.5 µg/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 µg/mL.; Antibody validated: Western Blot in rat samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. |
