Phosphate Buffer pH 7.2 Phosphate Buffer pH 7.2 is used for preparing dilution blanks. This materials’ formulation is specified by the American Public Health Association (APHA) for use in diluting test samples of water, dairy products, and foods prior to microbiological examination.
