REAL-TIME PCR GENOTYPING MIX

The qPCR Genotyping Mix is for use in TaqMan and other dual-labelled probe-based genotyping assays. The mix is compatible with LNA and PNA probes, which offer more stringent allele calling. The hot start technology gives improved reaction sensitivity and excellent room temperature stability, ideal for high-throughput genotyping studies.

The ACTG1 gene was amplified from a dilution series of total RNA extracted from mouse liver. qPCRBIO SyGreen 1-Step Go (pink) shows efficient amplification of total RNA in the range 100pg – 100ng per reaction. qPCRBIO SyGreen 1-Step Detect (blue) shows efficient amplification of total RNA in the range 10pg – 10ng per reaction.
