Prometheus™ Protein A/G Agarose Max Flow consists of a mixture of Protein A and Protein G covalently bound to highly crosslinked 4% agarose beads. It provides a very stable bond that can greatly minimize leakage of the proteins allowing for reuse of the affinity resin in several purification steps. The resin works well in high flow conditions.
