Prometheus™ Protein A agarose Max Flow is a highly crosslinked affinity medium that is specifically designed for high flow rates. It consists of rProtein A covalently bound to cross-linked agarose beads by reductive amination and provides a very stable bond that can greatly minimize leakage of the Protein A. This allows for reuse of the affinity resin in several purification steps with no significant loss of binding capacity.
