qPCRBIO 1-Step SyGreen mix uses the latest developments in reverse transcriptase technology and buffer chemistry for efficient cDNA synthesis and qPCR in a single tube. The qPCR is performed by PCRBIO Taq HS DNA Polymerase, resulting in robust RT-PCR performance. The 1-step kits can be used to quantify any RNA template inclusing mRNA, total RNA and viral RNA sequences. The 1-step Go kit is designed for extremely fast qPCR and gives the earliest Ct values from high template concentrations.

qPCRBIO 1-Step SyGreen mix can be used to quantify any RNA template including mRNA, total RNA and viral sequences. Extremely low copy number targets can be detected specifically with high efficiency. Proprietary small molecular inhibitor technology prevents formation of primer dimers and non-specific products leading to improved reaction sensitivity and specificity. No, this kit will not work for 2-step reactions. For 2-step reactions, we recommend the qPCRBIO cDNA Synthesis Kit or UltraScript 2.0 cDNA Synthesis Kit for more difficult targets, along with real time PCR kits depending on your needs.

Yes, qPCRBIO SyGreen 1-Step Detect | Go can be used for micro RNA templates. Although we do no sell dedicated kits, all of our RTases can be used for miRNA quantification and analysis. Please reach out if you'd like recommended protocols.
