Carboard tray pack vials only fit with the folded sides of the tray facing the front or back. Is this intentional?
Yes. The cardboard trays for narrow and wide are to be inserted in the filler with the folded sides facing out front or back. This was intended for easier handling.
Are your aluminum and stainless steel trays compatible with the Droso-Filler models?
Yes.
Are your plastic trays for vials compatible with the Droso-Filler models?
Yes.

Is the Droso-Filler fully autoclavable?
The Droso-Filler is made from food grade stainless steel with a Teflon sliding plate. It is totally immersible and even autoclavable, however the Teflon Plate is not autoclavable! Please remove and clean separately with soap and water.
Our Droso-Filler is leaking food. The consumable parts (Teflon plate, O-rings and springs) do not show wear out signs. What could be the problem?
If you recently cleaned the filler by removing the bottom plates (Teflon slider and metal plate) it is important that you do NOT flip the Teflon plate or turn the metal plate - they will both fit but the holes will not align and can cause the Teflon plate to warp in use.
What are the details in the Droso-Filler 90-day return policy?
You have the opportunity to use the Droso-Filler for 90 days with a full refund for the product if returned in “Like New” condition. If the product is not returned in this condition, we will charge a 20% restock fee for deep cleaning.
