Detailed Description
Apex ready-to-load DNA ladders are suitable for use in agarose gels with either TAE or TBE buffer systems. Ladders can be stained with ethidium bromide and other DNA stains. Guaranteed for 1 year at 4ºC and room temp. stable for 3 months.
Most commercial DNA standards contain residual plasmid which contributes up to 45% of their quantity. However, Apex purified molecular weight markers do not contain any residual plasmid. So, the ug listed is 100% marker without extraneous DNA. 50% G-C content
